All logos and social media graphics are created in Adobe Illustrator. Custom documents, printables, and business cards are built in Adobe InDesign. Canva is used for brainstorming, moodboards, and Instagram templates only.
This depends on the service and how you'll be using the graphics. For logos, you'll receive vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) plus export formats for web (PNG, JPG) and print (PDF). We'll confirm exactly what you need during the discovery call.
Yes — all clients get a free 30 minute, no-obligation discovery call. It's a chance to learn about my process, what you can expect, and figure out which package is right for you.
A 30% deposit is required to secure your spot before work begins. The remaining balance is due within 7 days of invoicing. I don't offer official payment plans through providers like Zip, but if you need flexibility please ask — I'm happy to work something out.
Because all logos are completely custom vector designs (no Canva templates), you have the ability to pursue trademarking. I also offer a preliminary trademark check add-on ($75 AUD) to flag any obvious visual similarities — though please note this is not legal advice and doesn't guarantee trademarkability.
