Organic growth on social media doesn't happen overnight. A 3 month commitment gives us the time and space to build real momentum — develop a strategy, create consistent content, analyse what's working, and start driving results for your business.
Once you choose your package, you'll receive a welcome pack detailing my processes, what to expect, and what I need from you to get started. You'll sign a contract, pay your first invoice, and I'll get straight to work on your marketing strategy and first content plan — delivered at least 7 days before the start of your first month.
I work 30 days in advance from the 1st of each month. You'll receive a monthly content plan and invoice at least 7 days before the 1st. Once payment and any required assets are provided, content creation begins immediately. Mid-month you'll receive feed previews with a 48-hour review window to request any changes. Content is scheduled once revisions are done.
Yes — I offer free 30 minute discovery calls to all prospective clients. It's a chance to get to know each other, ask any questions, and figure out which package is the right fit for your business.
Unfortunately no — I work with clients all over Australia so shoot days aren't possible. You'll need to provide your own photo and video assets. Where a reel requires specific shots, I'll include detailed filming instructions and examples in your content plan so you know exactly what to capture.
Full payment is required in advance each month, due by the 1st. No payment means no content until payment is made. I don't offer official payment plans through providers like Zip or Afterpay, but if you need flexibility, please ask — I'm happy to work something out with you.
