Yes — every business does. Your marketing strategy defines what you want to communicate to your target market, why they should choose you, and how to reach them consistently. Without it, you're essentially guessing.
Yes — access to your accounts is needed to pull the data required to track and analyse your marketing performance. You can grant restricted permission, and I will never change or alter any part of your social media or website without your explicit permission.
Posting content for you is a separate service — that's what my Social Media Management packages are for. Strategy services focus on the planning, analysis, and roadmap side of things.
A deposit of 30% is required for all services before work commences. Any remaining balance is due within 7 days of invoicing unless otherwise agreed. I don't offer official payment plans through providers like Zip, but if you need flexibility just ask — I'm happy to work something out.
