Frequently Asked Questions

Why a 3 month minimum commitment?

So there’s time to achieve the best possible result for you! Organic growth on social media doesn’t happen overnight.

What is your on boarding process and what happens after?

Once you decide which package is for you, you will be sent a welcome pack detailing my processes, what you can expect from me, and anything I need from you to get started on your marketing strategy and first content plan. You’ll also be sent a contract to sign, and after returning this you’ll be sent your first invoice to pay. I will get started on your strategy and first content plan, which will be sent to you at least 7 days before the 1st of the next month.

What is the monthly process?

I work 30 days in advance starting from the 1st of each month. You will be sent a monthly content plan with notes on anything you need to provide, and invoice at least 7 days before the first of the month. Any requested assets and payment are to be provided by the 1st, when content creation will start immediately if payment and assets have been provided. Feed previews will be sent for review mid month with a 48 hour window for you to review and request any changes. Your content will be scheduled once any changes are made.

Discovery calls

I offer free 30 minute discovery calls to all customers to help us get to know each other better and answer any questions you might have about which package is right for you.

Can you help me film or photograph content?

Unfortunately no, I work with clients all over and it’s just not possible for me to include shoot days. You must provide all photo and video assets yourself. I will provide filming instructions (with examples) if there is a reel that needs specific shots included in your content plan.

Payment

Full payment in advance is required each month unless discussed. No payment = no content until payment is made. All payments for social media management packages are due by the 1st of the month.

Do you offer payment plans?

I don’t offer ‘official’ payment plans through providers such as Zip/After pay, but if you need a payment plan, please ask as I’m happy to work with you to create one.
